Cooking Instructions
DO NOT DEFROST – COOK FROM FROZEN Preheat oven to 350°. Remove lid (careful, foil edges are sharp). Bake on middle rack for: 30 minutes for Pork / 40 minutes for Steak. Internal temperature should reach 145°. You may want to stir veggies and potatoes after 20 minutes to keep them from drying out. Carefully remove tray from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Transfer food to a plate and enjoy!
