DO NOT DEFROST – COOK FROM FROZEN Preheat oven to 400°. Remove lid (careful, foil edges are sharp). Bake on middle rack for approx. 25 minutes, stirring rice and turning skewers after 15 minutes. The thickness of the steak will vary so use the times above as a guide and cook to internal temp of 145°. Carefully remove tray from oven and enjoy!
