Asian Flank Steak

CUSTOMER FAVORITE! Thin slices of flank steak are marinated in a delicious blend of soy sauce, ginger and hoisin, then broiled or grilled and served with rice.  You have the choice of cooking on the grill or in the oven (just 4 minutes under the broiler and they’re done)!

Cooking Instructions

Thaw in the refrigerator.  Cook within 2 days of being thaw.  Internal temperature of steak should reach a minimum of 145°

 

Cook provided rice.

Grill (skewered): Preheat grill on medium.  Cook strips/skewers for approx. 5 min each side or until done.

Oven (not skewered): Preheat oven on broil.  Arrange strips/skewers on foil lined baking sheet and cook on middle shelf for approx. 4 minutes, turning once.
