Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375. Remove lid (careful, foil edges may be sharp). DO NOT PUT THIS LID IN THE OVEN. Bake tray on middle rack until safe internal temperature is reached.  Make sure to check the pieces that are UNDER the topping, as they will take longest to cook. CHICKEN:  25-28 min (internal temp 165) SHRIMP:  26-28 min (until pink and curled) STEAK:  25-30 min (internal temp 145)
