Cooking Instructions
Thaw in refrigerator. Cook within 2 days of being thaw. Begin cooking the included rice. Add contents of small sandwich bag (cornstarch) to bag of steak. Seal bag (leaving air in bag) and toss to coat beef. Preheat 2 Tbs oil in a large pan over med heat. Add steak strips to pan (you can separate by hand before placing in pan or use a wooden spoon to separate the strips once they are in the pan). Cook for 2 minutes, then turn meat over and cook for 2 more minutes. Add broccoli and sauce, bring to a boil and cook for just a minute or until sauce thickens and broccoli is hot.
DO NOT OVERCOOK – OUR TENDER STEAK WILL TOUGHEN IF OVERCOOKED AND YOUR BROCCOLI WILL BECOME MUSHY.
