BYOD (Build Your Own Dinner)

A delicious zero-cleanup dinner made exactly how you want it!  Build your own meal by selecting a protein, sides and seasoning.  Packed in a disposable aluminum pan with cooking instructions for oven-baking or cooking right on the outdoor grill.  A one-pan, no fuss dinner that’s perfect for home, camping, staycations, etc!

Protein options: Diced Steak / Diced Chicken Breast / Shrimp

Seasoning options: Parmesan Herb (parmesan cheese and herbs) / Savory Blend (dry blend of garlic, onion, paprika, brown sugar)

Side options (pick 2): Green Beans / Romanesco Broccoliflower / Mushrooms / Mini Seasoned Baked Potatoes / Parmesan Herb Potato Bites

Cooking Instructions

PARMESAN SEASONED:

Thaw in refrigerator and cook within 1 day of being thawed.

Chicken/Steak: Remove protein from bag (discard juice) and place in pan. Snip corner of oil bag and squeeze contents over ingredients in pan.  Toss to coat and then add the contents of the parmesan bag and toss to coat.

Shrimp: Remove shrimp from bag (discard juice) and place in pan.  Empty contents of the parmesan bag to the pan and toss to coat.

Grill: Preheat grill to 450° (High).  Place the uncovered pan on the grill and if desired, poke holes in the bottom of the pan using a sharp knife.  Cook shrimp for approx. 10 minutes total, stirring once midway.  Cook chicken/steak for approx. 13-15 minutes total, stirring once midway.

Oven: Preheat oven to 450° (low broil if your oven doesn’t go to 450°).  Place pan on middle rack and cook chicken/steak for approx. 20 min.  Cook shrimp for approx. 13 minutes.

SAVORY SEASONED:

Thaw in refrigerator and cook within 1 day of being thawed. Remove the protein from the bag (discard juice) and place in pan. Empty seasoning packet onto all of the ingredients and then toss to coat well.
