Cooking Instructions
Thaw in refrigerator. Cook within 2 days of being thawed.
- Preheat 1-2 Tbs Oil in a 12” pan over med-high heat.
- Add potatoes and cook for 5-6 minutes stirring/turning occasionally.
- Remove from pan and preheat another 1-2 Tbs oil.
- Once oil is shimmering, add steak or chicken to pan (discard juice) and season with entire packet of Cajun seasoning. You can add ¼-½ tsp cayenne if you like it spicy.
- Arrange in a single layer and cook for approx. 5 min, stirring once.
- Snip corner from butter bag and squeeze contents into pan (Lighter Fixin’s: turn bag inside out and scrape contents into pan).
- Add potatoes back to pan and gently toss to coat all and cook chicken or steak until done.
