Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Remove lid (careful, foil edges may be sharp). DO NOT PUT THIS LID IN THE OVEN.
Bake tray on middle rack for 20 minutes (steak) or 30 minutes (chicken). Stir/toss potatoes and meat and return to oven for an additional 10 minutes or until cooked to safe internal temperatures (steak 145° / chicken 165˚).
