An all-natural chicken breast is stuffed with ham and swiss then topped with a creamy dijon mustard sauce. Served with mixed vegetables.
Preheat oven to 400. Remove lid (careful, foil edges may be sharp). DO NOT PUT THIS LID IN THE OVEN. Bake on middle rack for 50-55 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 170° and when cutting into center the chicken closest to the filling is cooked through. Carefully remove tray from oven and whisk the side sauce with a fork to combine.
