CUSTOMER FAVORITE! Flour tortillas are filled with diced chicken breast, beans (optional), MILD green chilies and seasonings. Right before they go in the oven, they are coated in a red enchilada sauce and topped with cheese.

Thaw in refrigerator and cook within 1 day of being thawed OR cook from frozen (not ideal due to the extended time it takes, but it is an option).
FROM THAWED: Place pan on counter while preheating oven to 350° and remove lid. Snip corner of sauce bag and cover enchiladas with sauce (use back of spoon to cover) and then top with cheese. Cook, uncovered, 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170˚.
FROM FROZEN: Remove bags and foil from pan. Keep all items on the counter and preheat oven to 400˚. Replace lid and bake enchiladas, covered, for 60-70 min. Remove lid and top with sauce and cheese. Return to oven for 5-10 minutes or until filling reaches 170˚.
