Chicken or Pork with Mango Peach Salsa

An all-natural pork tenderloin or chicken breasts are seasoned, cooked and then topped with a refreshing salsa of diced tomatoes, mangos, peaches, cilantro, onion and spices.  The salsa has a tiny kick to it (considered mild spice level).

Pork with Mango Peach Salsa

Cooking Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator. Cook within 2 days of being thawed. Remove salsa and return to refrigerator until ready to serve. Begin preparing included rice, if any. Season the pork tenderloin with the included seasoning (use all of it for best results). Cook to an internal temp of 145.

Grill:  Cook over med heat for approx. 20-30 min turning occasionally

Oven:  Preheat to 400°.  On foil-lined pan, cook approx. 20-30 min

Let rest, then cut medallions and serve with salsa and rice.
