Skewers of all-natural chicken breast pieces are marinated in a blend of coconut milk, tamari (gluten free soy sauce), ginger, and Asian seasonings and served over rice.  A peanut dipping sauce is included.

Cooking Instructions

DO NOT DEFROST – COOK FROM FROZEN Preheat oven to 400°. Remove lid (careful, foil edges are sharp). Remove sauce cup and keep on counter to thaw. Bake chicken dish on middle rack for approx. 25 minutes, stirring rice and turning skewers after 15 minutes. Cut into the largest piece of chicken to ensure that it is cooked through, the Internal temperature should reach 165°. Serve with peanut sauce.
