Cooking Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator. Once thawed, cook within 1 day (shrimp) or 2 days (chicken). Begin preparing pasta (use only half of bag) or for LowCarb-Keto, drain hearts of palm noodles and rinse with cool water. Preheat nonstick pan over medium heat and begin cooking:

CHICKEN – Add chicken to pan (discard juices) and cook for approx. 10 min turning occasionally until cooked through to 165° internal temp. Add contents of sauce bag and stirring occasionally, cook for 5 minutes or until sauce is thick and creamy.

SHRIMP – Empty sauce into pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until sauce is thick and creamy. Reduce heat to low. Add shrimp (discard juice) and cook for a few minutes until shrimp are cooked through (opaque in center). Toss with cooked pasta/noodles.
