A simple and delicious side dish made with mashed red skin potatoes, cream and seasonings.  These can be cooked in the oven, stove-top or microwave.

Cooking Instructions

SINGLE SERVING: Cook from frozen. Place alongside meal in oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes until hot OR cook in a covered micro-safe dish for approximately 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165˚.

3 SERVING:  Thaw in the refrigerator or cook from frozen. Empty contents into a microwave safe dish.  Cover and cook for approximately 8 min (15 from frozen), stirring halfway through or until internal temperature reaches 165˚.

Let stand 1-2 minutes and then serve.
