Thaw in refrigerator or cook from frozen.
Preheat oven to 400°.
FROM THAWED: Bake covered tray for approx. 30-35 min
FROM FROZEN: Bake covered tray for approx. 65-75 min
Slice into the thickest part of the chicken and ensure that the chicken has cooked through (internal temp has reached 170˚).
STOVETOP (must thaw first and results are not as good as oven-baking)
- Preheat 2 Tbs of oil in large non-stick pan over med heat.
- Add chicken and sear seasoned side for approx. 6-7min.
- Carefully turn over to sear other side.
- Cover pan with lid and cook until chicken reaches internal temp of 170˚.
