All-natural chicken breasts are stuffed with cheddar cheese and a blend of fire-roasted onions and bell peppers before being seasoned with a blend of authentic Mexican spices. This dish is very healthy and low carb.

Thaw in refrigerator and cook within 2 days of being thawed OR cook from frozen.
OVEN (RECOMMENDED – FROM THAWED OR FROZEN) Preheat oven to 400°. Bake, covered, for approx. 30-35 min (50-55 min from frozen) or until internal temp reaches 170° and chicken that is closest to vegetables is cooked through.
STOVETOP (ONLY IF COOKING FROM THAWED) Preheat 2 Tbs of oil in large non-stick pan over med heat. Add chicken and sear top side for approx. 6-7min. Carefully turn over to sear bottom side. Cover pan with lid and cook until chicken reaches internal temp of 170˚ and chicken that is closest to vegetables is cooked through.
