A blend of fire-roasted bell peppers and onions are combined with cheddar cheese and “rolled-up” in thin slices of seasoned flank steak.  It doesn’t get much more low-carb or keto-friendly than this.  Gluten-free, however there may be trace amounts of gluten in the fire-roasted vegetables so it is not recommended for those with severe gluten sensitivities/allergies.
