Preheat oven to 400. Remove lid (careful, foil edges may be sharp). DO NOT PUT THIS LID IN THE OVEN. Bake for 20 minutes. Stir well and bake an additional 5-15 minutes or until hot (165˚). Carefully remove tray from oven, stir again and allow to cool for a few minutes. Microwave: Pop frozen entrée out of foil tin and place in a microwave safe dish. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir contents and cook in 30 second intervals until hot.
