Thaw in refrigerator. Once thawed, cook within 1 day (shrimp) or 2 days (chicken). Begin preparing pasta (use half package if gluten free penne) or for LowCarb-Keto, drain hearts of palm noodles and rinse with cool water. Preheat a tablespoon of oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add chicken or shrimp (discard juice) and contents of garlic bag. Cook, stirring frequently, so that garlic does not burn. Once shrimp have just turned pink and curled, or chicken is almost cooked through, add contents of sauce bag to the pan. Bring to a boil and continue to boil for a minute or two until sauce thickens a bit. Add pasta or pasta sub to pan. Stir to coat and salt to taste.
