Cooking Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator. Cook within 2 days of being thawed. Begin cooking provided rice. Preheat oven on BROIL setting. On a cooking sheet lined with foil or sprayed to prevent sticking, place chicken pieces using tongs to pull out of marinade bag. DO NOT THROW OUT THE MARINADE. Cook chicken for 5 minutes, turn over, and cook 5 more minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Meanwhile, bring marinade to a rapid boil in a saucepan over high heat. Stirring frequently cook for 1-2 min and until thickened (add a small amount of water to make a pourable consistency). Serve chicken over rice with teriyaki sauce on top or on side.
