This is one of my favorite dishes because it’s healthy, filling and delicious!  Seasoned all-natural chicken breast pieces or extra-large shrimp are simmered in a chunky tomato sauce with fresh basil, garlic, and Italian spices.  Tossed with penne pasta and shredded parmesan cheese.  Gluten-free option. Dairy free if you don’t add the parmesan (packaged separately).  Low-Carb/Keto option includes Palmini instead of pasta.  For more information on Palmini, click here.
