DO NOT DEFROST – COOK FROM FROZEN Preheat oven to 400°. Remove lid (careful, foil edges are sharp). Bake dinner tray on middle rack for 35 minutes, stirring after the first 25 minutes. Internal temperature of meatballs should reach 160°. Carefully remove tray from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
