Cooking Instructions
Thaw in refrigerator. Cook within 2 days of being thawed. Begin preparing provided mashed potatoes.
Cook: STEAK – cook to 145°-165°
Grill/Stovetop: Cook over med heat for approx. 5-8 min each side
Oven: Preheat to 400°. On foil-lined pan, cook approx. 20-30 min
PORK TENDERLOIN – cook to 145°
Grill: Cook over med heat for approx. 20-30 min turning occasionally
