Masala Flatbread Pizzas

Mini naan breads (flatbread) are topped with a chicken butter masala sauce (chicken, cream, crushed tomato, onion, ginger, fresh garlic, butter and toasted spices) and mozzarella cheese. This dish has a tiny bit of heat that can’t be avoided (mild spice level).

  • Contains three servings (2 flatbreads per serving)
  • Packaged in food grade freezer bags
  • Thaw prior to cooking

Cooking Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator and cook within 1 day of being thawed or cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 425°

Place naan breads on cooking sheet

FROM THAWED:  Stir masala sauce and chicken mixture. Top 6 of the naan breads with ¼ C sauce/chicken and spread almost to edge of bread

FROM FROZEN:  Remove frozen “block” of sauce/chicken and place in a covered, microwave safe dish.  Heat until warm, stirring occasionally.  Top 6 of the naan breads each with ¼ C sauce/chicken and spread almost to edge of bread

Top with even amounts of cheese

Bake on middle rack for 10-15 minutes or until bubbling hot. Remove and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
