Cooking Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator and cook within 2 days of thawed or cook from frozen. Keep meatloaf on counter while preheating oven to 350 ° (thawed) or 450° (frozen).

FROM THAWED: Remove potato packet, sauce packet and foil. Snip corner of sauce bag and squeeze on top of meatloaf (KETO: SKIP). Spread out sauce with back of spoon and replace lid. Cook 60-70 min or until internal temp reaches 160° (beef) or 165 (turkey)°.
FROM FROZEN: Remove potato and sauce packets. Replace lid and cook for 60 minutes. Remove from oven and remove lid and foil. Snip corner of sauce bag and squeeze on top of meatloaf (KETO: SKIP). Replace lid and cook for 45 min or until internal temp reaches 160° (beef) or 165° (turkey). Remove from oven and let “rest” while preparing mashed potatoes (KETO: SKIP).
