Cooking Instructions

KEEP CORN FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK Thaw rest in refrigerator and cook within 2 days of being thawed.

Remove chicken or steak (discard juice) and place into spice bag. Seal bag and knead to combine. Cook right away or marinate up to 8 hours. Preheat nonstick pan over high heat and rinse frozen corn under cold water for approx. 10 seconds. Add corn to pan and cook 2 min, stirring occas (do not overcook). Remove corn and set aside. Using same pan, reduce heat to med-hi and add chicken or steak. Cook approx. 5 min or until done, breaking up pieces as you cook. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm. Serve cooked chicken or steak in tortillas, topped with corn and a drizzle of sauce (just snip off bottom corner of bag). *If sauce has separated, you can empty into a bowl and whisk with fork*
