Cooking Instructions
Thaw in the refrigerator. Cook within 1 day of being thawed. Internal temp should reach 145° or fish should flake with fork.

- Cook provided rice.
- Knead marinade bag to incorporate any sugar that settled.
- Place fish fillets into bag and marinate for 5-10 minutes at room temp.
- Preheat a large non-stick skillet over med-hi heat (do not add oil).
- Once hot, place salmon fillets in pan (keep marinade).
- Sear salmon for a few minutes and then carefully turn fillets over.
- Add marinade and ½ CUP OF WATER to pan.
- Continue to cook for 3-7 minutes or until salmon pulls apart with fork (you can add 1+ Tbs of water to pan if sauce is becoming too thick.
- Serve over cooked rice.
