Cooking Instructions
Thaw in refrigerator then cook within 1 day (shrimp) or 2 days (chicken). Begin cooking pasta (use only ½ of the package). If keto, drain palmini and fill can with water.
CHICKEN – Preheat nonstick pan over medium heat
Add chicken to pan (discard juices) and cook for approx. 10 min turning occasionally until cooked through to 165° internal temp. Add contents of sauce bag and bring to boil stirring occasionally. Add 1-2 tsp of blackened seasoning and then taste. Add more as desired.
SHRIMP – Preheat nonstick pan over medium heat
Bring contents of sauce bag to boil over med heat stirring frequently. Drain shrimp and add to sauce. Cook a few minutes until shrimp are cooked through (opaque in center). Add 1-2 tsp of blackened seasoning and then taste. Add more as desired.
SERVE WITH COOKED PASTA OR HEATED PALMINI (KETO).
