All-natural diced chicken breast or a pork tenderloin are marinated, cooked, and then served with a sweet and tangy sauce infused with orange-zest, ginger, brown sugar and tamari (gluten free soy sauce). Serve with provided rice.

- Thaw in refrigerator. Cook within 2 days of being thawed.
- Begin preparing provided rice, if ordered.
- Cook until internal temperatures reach 145 for pork or 165 for chicken.
STOVETOP (CHICKEN ONLY): Preheat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Remove chicken from bag (discard juice) and cook for 10-15 min, stirring/flipping occasionally or until cooked through. Add contents of sauce bag to pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer just until sauce thickens. Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
GRILL (PORK ONLY): Preheat grill on medium heat and spray to prevent sticking. Cook pork tenderloin (discard juice) for 20-30 min, turning occasionally. Meanwhile, bring contents of sauce bag to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently and boiling just until thickened. Serve with pork and rice.
OVEN (CHICKEN OR PORK): Preheat oven to 350˚. Place chicken or pork (discard juice) on a cooking sheet sprayed with non-stick or covered with foil and bake 15-20 minutes (chicken) or 20-30 minutes (pork). Meanwhile, bring contents of sauce bag to boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil just until thickened and then serve with chicken or pork and rice.
