CUSTOMER FAVORITE! A six ounce salmon fillet or cod fillet is covered in an herb-infused parmesan topping and then baked with vegetables (broccoli and/or cauliflower florets).

Cooking Instructions

DO NOT DEFROST – COOK FROM FROZEN Preheat oven to 400°. Remove lid (careful, foil edges are sharp). Bake on middle rack for approx 25-35 minutes (thicker fillets will take the longest to cook) but do not overcook for best results! Fish should flake with fork and reach 145°. Carefully remove tray from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Transfer food to a plate and enjoy!
