Cooking Instructions

DO NOT THAW – COOK FROM FROZEN Preheat oven to 375°. Remove lid from pan. Remove fish from top of vegetables and place on lid (essentially using lid as a cooking sheet). Place both items in the oven and cook for 35-40 min or until fish is opaque in the center and reaches an internal temp of 165°.
