CUSTOMER FAVORITE – limited stock, available until sold out! A boneless, skinless cod fillet is topped with a crust of buttermilk-cheddar potatoes and baked with vegetables.
DO NOT DEFROST – COOK FROM FROZEN Preheat oven to 375°. Remove lid (careful, foil edges are sharp). Bake on middle rack for approx 35-40 minutes. Center of cod fillet should begin to flake in the center (when pulled with fork) and reach 145°. Carefully remove tray from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Transfer food to a plate and enjoy!
