All natural diced chicken breast and potatoes are simmered in an authentic red curry and coconut sauce. Perfect for those that like some heat because this one is at a medium spice level.

Cooking Instructions
Thaw in refrigerator. Once thawed, cook within 2 days.
- Begin cooking provided rice, if included.
- Preheat nonstick pan over low-medium heat.
- Add contents of onion/garlic bag and stir often just until warm (don’t burn the garlic)
- Add contents of sauce back and increase heat to medium, stirring often, until sauce comes to a gentle boil.
- Add chicken (discard juices) and cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes.
- Add potatoes and stir gently to coat. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until chicken is just cooked through (165˚) and potatoes are hot. DO NOT OVERCOOK THE CHICKEN OR IT WILL BECOME TOUGH.
