All natural diced chicken breast and potatoes are simmered in an authentic red curry and coconut sauce.  Perfect for those that like some heat because this one is at a medium spice level.

Thai Red Curry Chicken

Cooking Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.  Once thawed, cook within 2 days.

  1. Begin cooking provided rice, if included.
  2. Preheat nonstick pan over low-medium heat.
  3. Add contents of onion/garlic bag and stir often just until warm (don’t burn the garlic)
  4. Add contents of sauce back and increase heat to medium, stirring often, until sauce comes to a gentle boil.
  5. Add chicken (discard juices) and cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes.
  6. Add potatoes and stir gently to coat. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until chicken is just cooked through (165˚) and potatoes are hot. DO NOT OVERCOOK THE CHICKEN OR IT WILL BECOME TOUGH.
