Thai Red Curry Chicken

All natural diced chicken breast and potato cubes are simmered in an authentic red curry and coconut sauce.  Perfect for those that like some heat because this one is at a medium spice level.

Cooking Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.  Once thawed, cook within 2 days.

  1. Begin cooking provided rice, if included.
  2. Preheat nonstick pan over low-medium heat.
  3. Add contents of onion/garlic bag and stir often just until warm (don’t burn the garlic)
  4. Add contents of sauce back and increase heat to medium, stirring often, until sauce comes to a gentle boil.
  5. Add chicken (discard juices) and cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes.
  6. Add potatoes and stir gently to coat. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until chicken is just cooked through (165˚) and potatoes are hot. DO NOT OVERCOOK THE CHICKEN OR IT WILL BECOME TOUGH.
