These delicious sandwiches can be made in just 10 minutes and are delicious.  Toasted telera bakery rolls are coated in a mild dijon sauce, provolone cheese and then piled high with shaved ribeye and caramelized onions (can be omitted during cooking).

Cooking Instructions

Place in refrigerator to thaw. Cook within 2 days of being thawed. Begin preheating oven to 350° (or use a toaster oven to toast rolls).-Preheat 2 Tbs of oil in a large nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Add meat to pan (discard juice) and break it up as much as possible. Season the meat most of the seasoning provided and continue breaking up while cooking until almost done. Once meat is almost completely cooked, push to one side of the pan and add onions to the other side. Cook for one minute then mix meat and onions together. Continue cooking just until onions are hot. Taste and add rest of seasoning to mixture if desired. Remove from heat. Split rolls, add a slice of provolone cheese and cook rolls in oven for 5 minutes (or use toaster oven). Snip corner of sauce bag and top rolls with equal amounts of Dijon mayo. Top with steak and onions.
