Roasted Garlic Shrimp
Cooking Instructions
Thaw in the refrigerator – KEEPING SAUCE CONTAINER UPRIGHT
Cook within 1 day of being thawed. Internal temp should reach 160° or shrimp are pink and opaque in center. Cook provided rice.
Grill: Soak skewers in water for 10 min before skewering shrimp. Preheat grill on medium heat. Cook skewered shrimp for approx. 6 min, turning once. Baste with sauce throughout cooking time.
Stovetop: Preheat nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and sauce and cook for approximately 6 minutes stirring/turning occasionally.
Oven: Preheat oven to 425°. Place shrimp on foil-lined cooking sheet and cook approximately 10 min on center rack, basting occasionally.
