Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Remove lid (careful, foil edges may be sharp). DO NOT PUT THIS LID IN THE OVEN.

Bake on middle rack for 20 minutes. Turn pork over and stir potatoes. Cook for another 5-15 minutes or until pork reaches internal temp of 145.
