Cooking Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator. Cook within 2 days of being thawed. Cook included mashed potatoes. Meanwhile, preheat 1-2 Tbs of oil in pan over medium heat. Flatted patties by hand an add to hot pan.  Cook approx. 4 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and set aside. Add contents of sauce bag to pan and stir until thickened over medium-low heat. Return patties to pan, cover and simmer for approx. 15 min or until internal temperature of patties reaches 165°. Serve over mashed potatoes.
