Cooking Instructions
STANDARD: Thaw in refrigerator. Cook within 2 days of being thawed. Begin preparing included side. Preheat 1 Tbs Oil in nonstick pan over high heat. Once oil is shimmering, add steak in single layer (discard juice). Cook steak for approx. 5 min, turning/stirring once. Snip corner from butter bag (has flakes of parsley) and squeeze contents into pan. Toss steak bites and cook to desired temperature. With hand, knead bag with dijon-herb sauce (yellow/green in color) to mix. Snip small corner from bag and squeeze to drizzle sauce over steak.
