A satisfying dish with absolutely zero work on your end.  Cheesy mashed potatoes sit atop a hearty mixture of lean ground beef and vegetables in a perfectly seasoned gravy.

Cooking Instructions

RECOMMENDED:  COOK FROM FROZEN

IF DEFROSTED, THE CONSISTENCY WILL COME OUT LOOSE BUT STILL TASTY.

  1. Keep pan on counter while preheating oven to 425° (400° if thawed).
  2. Remove lid and cook:

 FROZEN:  75 minutes uncovered or until internal temp reaches 165˚. Check after 50 minutes and if potatoes are getting too brown, loosely cover the dish with foil.

THAWED:  55 minutes, uncovered or until internal temp reaches 165°.

  1. Remove from oven and let “rest” for 5 minutes before serving.
