Chicken breast or pork tenderloin medallions are seasoned, pan seared and then simmered in a light gravy with mushrooms and fresh rosemary. Serve over provided mashed potatoes or rice.

Cooking Instructions
Thaw in the refrigerator. Cook within 2 days of being thawed. Cook to internal temperature of 145˚ (pork) or 165° (chicken).
- Begin cooking the provided mashed potatoes or rice.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR STANDARD RECIPE
- Dust both sides of medallions with half of the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- In a large pan over medium, heat 1 TBS butter and 1 TBS oil.
- Add medallions, cook approx. 8 min (turning once) or until browned.
- Add remaining flour to pan and immediately CONTINUE WITH STEPS 6-8 BELOW.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR GLUTEN FREE RECIPE
- Dust both sides of medallions with cornstarch mixture, shaking off any excess.
- In a large pan over medium, heat 1 TBS butter and 1 TBS oil.
- Add medallions, cook approx. 8 min (turning once) or until browned.
- Empty contents of sauce bag to pan and increase heat to high and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer 10-15 minutes.
- Discard rosemary. Serve over mashed potatoes.
