DO NOT DEFROST – COOK FROM FROZEN Preheat oven to 400. Remove lid (careful, foil edges may be sharp). DO NOT PUT THIS LID IN THE OVEN. Keep sauce cup in pan but remove the lid. Bake pan on middle rack for 15 minutes. Turn chicken over and stir sauce. Continue cooking 10 more minutes or until chicken and rice are piping hot. Transfer your items to a plate or spoon the sauce over your meal.
