Penne alla Vodka

If you’ve never had a Vodka sauce before, don’t worry.  You don’t taste it a bit.  What you do taste is a delicious combination of sweet Italian sausage that gets browned and simmered with cream, seasonings, and crushed tomatoes before being tossed with cooked penne pasta.  It’s a simple but restaurant-worthy dish.  Gluten-free and vegetarian options.
