Seasoned all-natural chicken breast pieces or extra-large shrimp are simmered in a creamy sauce of sundried tomatoes and spinach and then tossed with penne pasta.

Tuscan Pasta Shrimp

Cooking Instructions

  1. Thaw in refrigerator. Once thawed, cook within 1 day (shrimp) or 2 days (chicken).
  2. Begin preparing pasta (use only half a package for Gluten Free) or for LowCarb-Keto, drain hearts of palm noodles and rinse with cool water.
  3. Preheat nonstick pan over high heat and add chicken or shrimp to pan (discard juices). Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook, turning/stirring frequently just until the outside of the chicken is cooked or the shrimp just begin to turn pink. Do not cook all the way through.
  5. Add contents of sauce bag and bring to boil stirring occasionally until the cheese in the sauce melts.
  6. Reduce heat to low and simmer for a few minutes or until chicken is cooked through to 165° internal temp or shrimp are pink and curled.
  7. Toss with cooked pasta/noodles and serve.
  8. Add salt to taste.
