Vegetable Quinoa

A lightly seasoned blend of cooked organic quinoa, chickpeas, edamame (soybeans) and kale.  Packaged for a single serving or in a 2.5 bag so that you can simply remove the desired amount and keep the rest frozen for later.  Heat stovetop or in the microwave.  Gluten free, dairy free, vegan.

Cooking Instructions

INDIVIDUAL SERVING: Cook from frozen. Bake alongside entrée in preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes.  For Microwave:  Empty contents into a microwave safe dish.  Cover and cook for approximately 6 min, stirring halfway through or until internal temperature reaches 165˚.

LARGER SERVING:  Cook from frozen, do not defrost. Combine contents of bag and 1-2 Tbs water.  Heat by microwave or stovetop for 2-3 min or just until hot.
